The Popular Show Season Four Introduces the Warriors Party

Ever since the premiere of Campaign 4, recently appointed game master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with rich lore, a diverse cast of characters, and a gripping narrative showcasing angels, demons, and malevolent powers expanding in strength within Dol-Makjar.

Warning: Spoilers for Episode 3 of Campaign 4 follow below.

The Soldiers Table Revealed

Episode 3 concluded with a huge suspense moment and revealed the initial group of adventurers who will separate from the primary party to begin their independent quest, distinct from the remaining groups.

This warrior group includes Teor (played by Travis Willingham), Thimble (the talented performer), Tyranny (Whitney Moore), the cleric (the player), and the mysterious adventurer (the actor).

Why Split the Party?

Considering 13 cast members, it was evident from the outset that maintaining everyone at the same party would be unworkable.

This explains, the first four episodes of this story serve as an Introduction, weaving together the personal journeys before dividing into three smaller tables: Warriors, Strategists, and Questers.

Characteristics of the Warrior Group

According to the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for participants who prefer a typically action-packed combat and conflict-driven narrative style where diplomatic options are scarce.

Initially, figures such as the squeamish cleric Wicander might look unsuited, but the events of the latest installment demonstrate why these five characters are ideally matched for the warrior group.

Why They Must Go

For one thing, the party knows exactly where to proceed after a violent opening clash with the enemy group.

An old friend of Thjazi Fang—whose death started the campaign’s events—exploited the enemy for his own means, invading Thjazi’s hideout, assaulting the rogue, and swiping all the powerful objects to auction.

The antagonist then paid off his debts and ran away to a Halovar stronghouse in the remote area, north of the city, with Cyd Pridesire close behind.

Individual Reasons

Additionally, each adventurer has a personal reason to depart the metropolitan area:

  • Thimble, as the close ally and closest confidant, wants retribution.
  • Kattigan has experience in the northern area and cautions that it is a hostile environment.
  • Tyranny and The healer, having defied his house’s orders to eliminate the fighter and instead saved him, have nowhere else to go.
  • However, their status as prominent individuals in the powerful family could help the team enter areas they typically wouldn’t be able to.
  • Additionally, The fighter swore a life debt to Wicander for his deliverance and will now follow him everywhere.

Fugitives

Finally, all of them are wanted by the powers that govern the city for a multiple motives, making staying in the city no longer safe:

  • Thimble and The character are recognized lawbreakers.
  • The strong figure and The cleric betrayed the powerful family and the horde of evil beings they are allied with.
  • The target is wanted dead by the family.

This means them no alternative but to head to Timmony in quest for Casimir.

What’s Next?

According to episode three’s Cooldown, we learn that the Soldiers table will be absent in the upcoming installment, leaving the rest of the participants to round up the Questers and Strategists groups.

Fans can anticipate finding out which adventurers will be where in the story’s final introductory chapter, available to watch on October 24.
